Shipping Methods:

At AccessoryPost.com we will ship out your order within 24 hours during normal business hours. We will ship using USPS or UPS at our sole discretion.

Please note, most likely your order will be shipped via USPS if it is a small parcel. Packages 3 pounds and up are normally shipped UPS Ground. Requests of shipping methods are not taken. Once your order is fulfilled, you will be given notice of the status of your order. If your order is received by 3:00 P.M. PST, it will usually ship the same business day.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

At AccessoryPost.com to ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with our products, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, we will refund and/or exchange your purchases.

All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at support@accessorypost.com to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase. OEM and Original products have a restocking fee of 30% of the product price. These are products which are marked either OEM or Original either in the title or description of the product.

Warranty:

1. AccessoryPost.com guarantees to the end-user customer that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for up to 3 months after the date of purchase by the customer.

2. Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and do not apply to any:

a. Improper or inadequate maintenance.

b. Misusage and mishandling.

c. Fire, flood and other natural disasters.

d. Damaged by a wrong voltage use.

3. Warranty will be treated as void if any:

a. The original shipping invoice is lost or amended.

b. Unauthorized modification.

4. Fault product for claiming replacement should be returned within 3 months with suitable packaging to avoid physical damage.

OEM Original Products Warranty:

Products marked as OEM or Original anywhere in the description or title of the product aren't part of our standard warranty policy. Since they are Factory Original Equipment (OEM) Warranty passes onto you, they are covered by warranties detailed in their manufacturer warranty policy.
